How long will my repair take?

We aim to despatch your repaired unit within five working days of receipt, however, in the event that spares are out of stock this may take longer.

Are you able to offer a faster turnaround?

Yes, for some services we can offer a faster turnaround at additional cost. Please call our Customer Services department on 01582 582023 for details.

Why are some parts excluded from the fixed price service?

Some spares have a relatively high cost compared to the repair price. To avoid raising the repair price for everyone we will only charge you for these parts if they are required. In the event that chargeable parts are required we will contact you to obtain authorisation before proceeding. However, please note that the fixed repair cost will still be applicable if you decide not to proceed.

My printers waste ink absorber/tank is full. Can you fix this?

Yes, waste ink absorbers are replaced (if necessary) as part of the fixed price service.

Do you sell consumables/spare parts?

Yes, we are an authorised re-seller for Canon consumer product spares. Please contact our Customer Services department on 01582 582023 for a quotation.

Do you sell waste ink absorbers?

No, we do not sell waste ink absorbers as the installation procedure requires specialist technical knowledge. Failure to follow correct procedures can cause damage to the printer and cause the printer to leak ink.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (except AMEX). Cheques should be made payable to 'Electroversal Ltd'. Cash payment can be accepted for collection customers only.

Will I still be charged if you cannot fix my unit?

No, we operate a 'no fix, no fee' policy, however carriage charges will apply if you require the faulty unit be returned to you.

How long is the repair warrantied for?

Repairs are warrantied for 90 days from the date of despatch.

Do you offer a collection/delivery service?

Yes, our carrier is able to collect between 08:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please be aware that we are unable to arrange for collection/delivery at specific times and under no circumstances should any money be given to the collection/delivery driver. For collections, please ask the driver for a collection receipt.

Can I hand deliver my item?

Yes, we are open Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 9am until 5pm.

How should I package my unit?

Your unit should be boxed and securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Scanners should be locked using the built in locking mechanism (usually found on the underside). Please ensure that you enclose copies of any order paperwork we have sent you and take note of your order reference, product model and serial number.

Can you carry out repairs while I wait?

Yes, sometimes we can do this dependent on availability of engineers and parts (additional charges may apply). Please call our Customer Services department on 01582 582023 for details.
